Signal Generators

Vector Signal Generator 0.1 – 2.4 GHz +10 to -40 dBm

The VSG25A is a 100 MHz to 2.5 GHz vector signal generator, featuring a 12-bit I/Q baseband arbitrary waveform generator which can be clocked at virtually any frequency from 54 kHz to 180 MHz, and includes a 4096×16 bit pattern buffer for built-in or custom modulation.

Vector Signal Generator 0.05 – 6 GHz +7 to -55 dBm

The VSG60A features a low phase noise, agile local oscillator with 200 µs switch time, enabling frequency hopping spread spectrum testing. A dual 14-bit DAC runs at 2x or 3x the I/Q symbol rate using digital oversampling to provide a flat, clean baseband; and a digitally adjustable internal VCTCXO ensures frequency errors are kept to a minimum over temperature, or an external 10 MHz input may be used for zero ppm frequency error. A trigger output is also available to synchronize your VSG60A with other test equipment.

Phase Noise Clock Standard

The PNCS-1 Phase Noise Clock Standard provides an ultra-low phase noise 1 GHz sinewave that can be used as a phase noise reference standard for testing spectrum analyzer phase noise performance.

This combo includes a 4.4 GHz spectrum analyzer and a 4.4 GHz tracking generator. By connecting these devices together (with the included cables) the system functions as a scalar network analyzer, perfect for measuring insertion loss at frequencies up to 4.4 GHz.

6 GHZ Scalar Network Analyzer

This combo includes a 6 GHz spectrum analyzer and a 12.4 GHz tracking generator. By connecting these devices together (with the included cables) the system functions as a scalar network analyzer, capable of measuring insertion loss at frequencies up to 6 GHz. You can also use the spectrum analyzer by itself for real-time RF spectrum analysis up to 6 GHz!

12.4 GHZ Scalar Network Analyzer

This combo includes a 12.4 GHz spectrum analyzer and a 12.4 GHz tracking generator. By connecting these devices together (with the included cables) the system functions as a scalar network analyzer, perfect for measuring insertion loss at frequencies up to 12.4 GHz.

USB vector network analyzer produces an RF stimulus signal which can be in the range of 9 kHz to 330 GHz. That signal can be applied to a Device Under Test (DUT) and the output of the DUT can be applied to a second port for analysis. In addition, any reflections from the input of the DUT which travel back to the source port can be analyzed as well. This is what differentiates the device from other test equipment – it is capable of separating signals traveling in two different directions on a transmission line and measuring them.
